Roof and facade inspection

Book it on its own if you are not sure a wash is needed. Or together with the wash, if you want a before-and-after record of the work.

What you get

The photographs, and a written explanation to go with them: what is in the picture and where on the property it is. That there are three cracked tiles at the ridge, say, or that the north pitch is thick with moss.

We say what can be seen and whether a wash would help here; we do not assess the condition of the building.

When to book one

An inspection can be booked on its own, when you are not sure whether a wash is needed at all. We photograph the surfaces and tell you what is visible on them.

Or it can be booked together with the wash, when you want a before-and-after record of the work.

Cleaning and inspection are scoped and priced separately, but they can be flown on the same visit. If you want both, say so in your enquiry and we answer both in the same email.

How to ask

Write to us and tell us what the structure is, how tall it is and what you want to see. From that we tell you whether and how we would take the work on, and what it covers. The price comes in writing.

If the site turns out not to suit this work, we say so beforehand, not afterwards.
